    • Phone gestures (tap, shake, tilt) fire actions on the Mac
    • A configurable desk-pad grid of triggers
    • Local-first daemon, no cloud

    now Plugin kit, a Home Assistant plugin and live info tiles are in. Moving it onto the shared stack.

    • Publish the daemon on npm (plan written, nothing built yet)

    • One Captain logs the whole group's workout from the Shared Rack
    • Effort-based scoring, so consistency beats raw strength

    now Foundation is done: sign-in, onboarding, settings and an offline-first exercise catalog.
